A collection of a locally published newspaper in Manderson, South Dakota on the Pine Ridge Reservation from 1970 to 1981. This paper was a weekly that eventually moved into a monthly publication schedule and it covers various civil rights, government, council, law and order, culture and social issues on the Pine Ridge Reservation. NOTE: any written language in the newspapers are original to the donation and not the work of the OLC Archives. OLC Archives does not have every collection of this series.
